Chipotle Shrimp Tacos with Avacado Salsa Verde

Avacado Salsa:
1 small red onion chopped
1 jalapeno quartered and seeded
3 garlic cloves minced
6 tomatillos husked and chopped
1 hass avacado diced
1/4 cup of cilantro chopped
salt and pepper to taste
3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
